1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ggmaya. By accessing, registering on, or using the ggmaya platform available at ggmaya.cam (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of ggmaya. Your continued access to and use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and participate in any gaming activity on ggmaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of ggmaya or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or business partners.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any responsible gaming program.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. ggmaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ggmaya platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of winnings and permanent account closure.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ggmaya operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations applicable in the Philippines. As such, we are required to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID card)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account registered in your name)
• A selfie or live verification as required by our compliance team

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is successfully completed. ggmaya will not be held liable for any delays in processing withdrawals resulting from incomplete or failed verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ggmaya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

ggmaya accepts deposits via a range of payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. ggmaya is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

ggmaya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and may trigger an AML review.

5. Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification (KYC) and compliance checks. ggmaya aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-wallets (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph): Typically instant to 30 minutes
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): 15 to 30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ggmaya account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. ggmaya reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds.

In cases where bonus funds or promotional credits have been used, withdrawals may only be processed after applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempted withdrawal before meeting these requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus-related winnings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ggmaya offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms applicable at the time of the offer and the general wagering requirements outlined below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ggmaya employs risk management systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions constituting abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering contrary to the spirit of a promotion, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus outcomes, or exploiting software errors or glitches. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may have winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or converted into cash.

7. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games offered on the ggmaya platform — including slots, bingo, live casino, and sports betting — use certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are generated independently of player actions and cannot be manipulated by either the player or ggmaya.

ggmaya reserves the right to void bets or game rounds if a technical malfunction is detected that may have affected the integrity or outcome of a game. In such cases, affected players will be notified and stakes will be returned where applicable.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section of each title. Actual returns may vary from theoretical RTP figures in any given session.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggmaya platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or circumvent security measures
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the ggmaya platform or its proprietary software
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Colluding with other players or ggmaya employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Sharing login credentials or account access with third parties
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ggmaya platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, icons, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of ggmaya or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any ggmaya intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ggmaya platform without prior written consent from ggmaya.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggmaya, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions or interruptions in service
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Delayed or failed transactions caused by your payment provider or financial institution
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform

ggmaya's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggmaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ggmaya is committed to protecting the personal data of all players in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on ggmaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Responsible Gaming

ggmaya is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and we encourage all players to set personal limits on their deposits, wagers, and session durations.

Players may request the following responsible gaming tools at any time by contacting support:

13. Account Termination

ggmaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Discovery that the player does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., underage)

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ggmaya platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ggmaya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ggmaya platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
